  • What can MedVida offer me?

    Targeted courses and bundles with reasonable pricing options so that you can minimize your risk of overpaying and under-utilization. Each course has Jesse’s compact personal notes, audio, quizzes, and exams to help ensure you have a solid understanding of medical concepts and can apply them to questions. Videos are coming soon! We are also in the works of providing you with innovative exams to give you even greater feedback details.

  • I have an exam coming up next week. Can you help?

    Yes, but with obvious caveats. To receive the highest grades, it typically requires one to build and follow a solid, flexible schedule that allows enough time for spatial studying, quizzing, and testing. MedVida offers you many resources including a significant number of highly targeted micro courses allowing you to pick and choose the topics that you need to focus on during regular study time and crunch time. These can be used as additional courses for you to test yourself and ensure that you have fully captured the specific topic. So yes, during crunch time this can be helpful if you have already put in some work. Although, cramming frequently can lead to disastrous consequences, so be careful!

  • I'm a pre-med undergraduate student. Can MedVida help me?

    Absolutely! We are currently working hard on producing new courses and content such as Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry that will not only be beneficial for our graduate and health professional students, but also for undergraduates such as yourself!

  • This course has been fantastic and I have a better understanding of this material. But, how do I cancel my subscription?

    1) Go to the top right of the page and click on your name to reveal a drop-down menu. 2) Click on My Account. 3) Click on Billing. 4) From here you can also do the following: a. View/update your saved credit card. b. View/cancel your recurring payments for subscriptions and payment plans. c. You can also delete your saved credit card information.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    At this time, we do not offer refunds. Our goal is to keep costs low to make the platform accessible to as many users as possible. As MedVida grows in content and pricing options, we can consider refunds for digital products.

  • Can I share the quiz and exam questions with my friends?

    It goes against our policy to share quizzes and exam questions. However, you are welcome to show friends the downloadable pdf notes.
